The h.r in organisation

The conventional hiring methods mostly provides information that a candidate offers,while through social networks a recruiter get to know things about candidates skill sets,interest and behavior that one may not put in resume.

The performance is improved if one is able to form good relations with work colleagues ,as 9 to 5 friends are most important element in making job enjoyable,the working environment improves by recruiting the candidates of right attitude.
It is very important that the employees have the right skills as well as a mind set that is conducive in performance and making the environment of organisation congenial.
the employees need to be analysed based on their performance as well as their loyalty and attitude,and the h r people need to rise above the opinion of the section heads,the employee should be shifted accordingly to retain the good employees and just a petty difference should not be allowed to make employees disgruntled.
the employees sometimes/often has a core set of temperature /behavior,but some possess excellent technical skills,some possess excellent human skills,some possess excellent liaison/marketing skills .therefore these differences and importance need to be understood by h r people,to suitable accommodate the persons useful for the organisation.
