Management theories-service sector

In recent times the management theories have been rewritten many times and one of the most relevant cause has been the rise of the share of service sector in the gross domestic product of economies,now even in developing countries the share of service sector is more than fifty percent.

The management and delivery of services totally different management and distribution of products,further the virtual world has also changed the dynamics of business and so in management theories as the marketing and distribution has vastly changed .
in case of products it is easy to get customer feedback as they have tangible evidence to support their cause but when a customar receive poor quality of services there is nothing tangible left to use as evidence hence few number of customer receiving poor service bother to complaint.
their is difficulty in having  warranty for services ,a bad product can be replaced ,a bad service is difficult to replace
